 Lakeshore Family Partners announces Strategic Investment in PWI, Inc. 

JACKSON, Michigan — Lakeshore Family Partners (“Lakeshore”), a family-owned holding company, announced today, it has made an investment in PWI, Inc. (“PWI”). The investment is to partner with the second-generation owner, J. Benjamin Hieber, and support the Company’s next phase of growth. PWI is a leading petroleum equipment distribution, installation, and service company headquartered in New Oxford, Pennsylvania, serving Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, West Virginia, Virginia and New York. 

Founded in 1948, PWI started as a petroleum equipment service business. In the early 1970's, J. Stephen Hieber and Ronald George purchased the business. Under their leadership, the Company continued to expand to support key customers in Pennsylvania and beyond. J. Benjamin Hieber joined his father in the business in 2000 and has been instrumental in the growth of the business ever since.
